- How Does the App Work?
Our App is an application that makes it easy for you to purchase your favorite products from US & UK websites - all from the comfort of your own home. All you have to do is download the App to your PC or mobile device and start shopping - that's it!

- Do I need a credit card to make purchases?
No credit card necessary! You can use use your WebCard account and fund it via various means such as paypal, bank deposits if provided in your country, or your local issued Debit Card to make purchases.
- What is Web Card number?
A WebCard number is your customer number. You can load it with funds and spend whatever funds you load on it using our platform. Load local currency, visa, mastercard funds, mobile money and more all on one card.
- Can I make a custom order request?
Yes! Custom orders are available to all users. You must pay for custom orders with your webcard account. All you have to do is log in to your Account, click on Custom Orders, fill out the form, and we'll provide you with a quote. Custom orders are great for large items or items you want that aren't sold on the stores we have on our platform.
- What is the return policy?
There are 2 types of returns:
1. If the item you receive is damaged or is incorrect upon acceptance of items we will
refund you the full amount of the product as soon as we have received the refund
from the merchant and we will pay to have the item shipped back to the US via DHL.
Please note you would have to report the item as damaged or incorrect within 2
business days from delivery, so please review all products as soon as you receive
them.
2. If you have received the item but have changed your mind you would be
responsible for paying to have the item shipped back to the US via DHL. You should
check the merchant’s return policy period.
Returning an item is easy. Login to your account and go to your order. Find the item
you want to return and check the box to return the item. Provide a reason for your
return. Once we receive your request we will provide you with all the details you
need to return the item to our warehouse. If you want a refund please note we only
refund once we have received the refund from the merchant. Refunds may take up
to 25 days.
- Once I've place an order how do I know what is happening to it?
Order updates will be emailed to you. Check the bottom of the email next to 'Order Date', 'Order Status' will show the stage at which your order is:
Open: Your order has been submitted
Processing: Order has been processed and your account debited
Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is en route to
Cleared custom: Your order has been cleared from custom
Preparing for delivery: Order is currently being prepared to be delivered
Out for delivery: Order has been handed over to our delivery courier .
Delivered: order has been received by Customer
Canceled: Your order has been canceled
Contact Us: Please contact us, there is a problem with your order
- What items are not allowed to be shipped?
For safety reasons, we cannot ship:
1. Hazardous materials
2. Chemicals
3. Medication
4. Fire Arms
5. Alcohol
6. Any item or object with hazardous material in it.
7. Weapons and weapon equipment
8. Live Products including foods and plants
9. Food products
10. Wooden furniture
11. Powders
12. Furniture
13. Presurized Cans
14. Drones
15. Large goods

- Maximum weight of a single item shipped using our App
The maximum weight for an individual item is 4kg, and the maximum dimensions are 30x30x30 centimeters. If the item is heavier than 4kg, just login to your MFA account and select "custom quote" - we'll send you an online quote for the overweight item.
- Loading My Webcard
Webcard holders can load their webcards by simply visiting
https://www.mallforafrica.com/loadwebcard . Check to make sure that the direct bank deposit option is available in your country.
You can also load your webcard online. Simply login to your MFA Account and click on "Load Webcard Online" Note there is a 2% transaction fee on webcard charges as of January 2021.
- What is your cash refund policy?
All cash refunds are made in local currency, regardless of the currency in which deposits were received by Mall for Africa, for purposes of transacting or loading the web card.
· Refunds made to customer web cards shall be in US Dollars.
· Full refunds shall be applied against the customer’s originating payment channel. I.e Payments made from web cards shall be refunded to the web card.
· The model above applies for all payment channels accepted on the Mall for Africa purchase platform.
· Partial refunds for web card holders shall be paid directly into the web card, except as otherwise specified by the customer.
· Partial Refunds for non-web card holders are effected by means of a duly filled and verified customer refund form.
· Customers hereby understand that MallForAfrica.com acts in its capacity as a middle-man for purposes of assisting with purchases and delivery of customer items from the stores advertised to the customer.
· MallForAfrica.com accepts no liability for substandard or defective items purchased by the customer from any of the stores listed on our app, or through our custom order platform.
We do however take steps to ensure that purchased items are delivered in functional condition in line with the provisions of our returns policy.
