COVID-19 Update: We Are Open for Normal Service and Shipping Daily

Like many, for the past few weeks we have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 across the world. As we now find ourselves in uncertain times we would like to reassure you that we are doing all we can to keep our employees and customers safe while continuing to provide our service to you.

Our distribution centers in the US/UK are open and all orders are being fulfilled as normal. Our customer service team is also on standby to assist with any questions you have.

There may be occasional delays, which are to be expected in times like these, however, you are guaranteed of our commitment to deliver exceptional service to you.

Our merchant partners are also all open for online business as normal, despite some you will have read temporarily closing some physical stores.  We will continue to communicate their planned product drops and sales events, so please check our social profiles and newsletters for the latest news, deals and more.


You may have heard that as part of the government’s effort to contain the spread of the virus, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority has, effective on 23rd March 2020, temporarily restricted international flights into Nigeria.

This restriction does not affect our ability to provide our service and give you access to the things you need to buy, although non-standard sized orders, being those that weigh more than 4kg or are larger than 30cmx30cmx30cm such as TVs, Household items, will now take longer to be delivered due to the airport closures.
